The State of New Hampshire, Department of Environmental Services, Commissioner's Office, Legal Unit has a full time vacancy for a Paralegal.
Summary:
Provides paralegal support to the Legal Unit in processing requests for records under RSA 91-A, rulemaking, research, drafting, and legislative tracking. Provides assistance to the Public Information and Permitting (PIP) office as directed by the Legal Unit.

18 Months of additional relevant experience = Associate's degree
36 Months of additional relevant experience = Bachelor's degree

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate's degree or two years of college with a major study in law, paralegal studies, or related legal field, or a paralegal certificate from a certified paralegal program. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
