Description
We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join a team near Concord, New Hampshire. This role revolves around overseeing a variety of HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and other assigned HR duties. This role presents a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding for departing employees
• Facilitating orientation sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company culture and policies
• Managing employee relations and addressing any issues or concerns that arise
• Ensuring compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory standards
• Overseeing various HR duties as assigned by the organization
• Utilizing strong communication skills to effectively liaise between employees and management
• Implementing and managing benefits functions to ensure employee satisfaction and retention
• Leading hiring processes, from job posting to candidate selection, to ensure the recruitment of top talent
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and changes in HR regulations to ensure the company's compliance.
Requirements • Proven experience in Human Resources or related field
• Proficient understanding of all HR functions and best practices
• Demonstrated expertise in managing Benefit Functions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Solid experience in Compliance and Employee Relations
• Proficient in hiring processes and recruitment strategies
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence key decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional certification in HR (like PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
