Job Title: Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled welder capable of performing various welding tasks according to blueprint specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for MIG welding, reading and interpreting both metric and imperial prints, and performing routine quality checks on completed work. Additionally, this role may require assisting in mechanical assembly as needed.
Responsibilities
MIG weld various metal items together according to blueprint specifications.
Read and interpret metric and imperial prints.
Perform routine quality checks on completed work.
Assist in other areas such as mechanical assembly as required.
Essential Skills
Experience in MIG welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience in a production environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Fabrication skills.

Work Environment
Clean, climate-controlled shop with lots of space. Work hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Concord, NC.
Pay: $24-$25/hr
Shift: 1st
Schedule: 6:00am to about 3:00pm Monday-Friday with OT on occasional Saturdays as needed, but not often
Pay and Benefits
