Robert Half International Customer Service Representative in Concord, California
Our Concord-based insurance client is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Duties include:
Process loan agreements, obtaining required loan documentation and ensure acceptability of all PFAs prior to loan acceptance
Input and convert loans within policies, guidelines and service level requirements
Review incoming correspondence, updating account with necessary changes/updates, documenting for verification purposes
Follow up and obtain all insured signature required premium finance agreements within 30 days of booking
Develop and maintain knowledge of tools used by client's customers, including the ability to effectively communicate the applicable features and benefits and provide training on its usage.
Must be comfortable on the phone and have great written communication skills.

Proficiency in Answer Customer
Answering Inquiries experience preferred
Verify Insurance experience highly desired
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of customer service
Knowledge of Answer Inbound Calls
Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Outlook
Experience using Microsoft Office
2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
