Accounts Receivable Specialist – Robert Half Full Time Engagement Team has an immediate opportunity for an Accounts Receivable specialist to join our east bay team.

Responsibilities:

Full Cycle Accounts Receivable

Post payments

Reconcile accounts

Create credits and debits

Collect on past due accounts

Maintain customer information

Experience using various accounting software

Other projects as assigned

Requirements

AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field

3+ years of relevant experience in receivable/accounts payable in a variety of industries

Strong analytical skills in basic accounts payable and accounting policy

Detail oriented, accurate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills and ERP accounting software experience in Netsuite, Yardi, Oracle, Etc.
