Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Analyst Business Intelligence , located in Madrid, Spain .

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business strategy and decision-making by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our products and services, ensuring that we continue to lead in the MedTech space. Your expertise will directly chip in to our mission of improving healthcare through technology. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Business Strategy Development: Work closely with leadership to create and improve business strategies, using insights derived from data analysis.

  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align business objectives and improve overall performance.

  • Project Leadership: Lead or contribute to key projects, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with business goals and timelines.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on MedTech industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to support strategic decisions.

  • Reporting & Presentations: Develop concise, persuasive reports and presentations for senior management, emphasizing crucial findings and suggestions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education:

  • A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is required.

  • Masters degree or equivalent experience, as well as relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP), is a plus.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the MedTech, healthcare, or technology sectors.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey sophisticated information to collaborators at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with MedTech-specific regulations and standards.

  • Proven record of efficiently implementing business strategies.

  • Experience in a driven, fast-paced environment.

  • Ambitious and driven demeanor with a focus on detailed execution.

  • Experience working in a global or multinational company.

Other:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

  • Valid driver's license is helpful.
