Rural Resources Community Action Mobile Victim Advocate in Colville, Washington

Rural Resources Community is seeking a Mobile Victim Advocate. This is a Full Time 40 hours per week non-exempt position based in our Colville, WA office.

At RRCA, we are dedicated to assisting people and communities in developing the skills, resources, and services necessary to improve their general welfare and we need a Communications and Outreach Manager who shares that passion.

In this key role, you would be responsible for:

  • Travel to provide mobile advocacy
  • Conduct safety and lethality screening
  • Provide crisis intervention and ongoing emotional support

[Education and Experience]{.underline}

Bachelor's degree in related area of study; 2 year's experience working in a social service agency, one of which must be crisis intervention and advocacy counseling of victims.

OR

Any combination of education and experience would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge, and ability required to perform the job.

[Salary Information]{.underline}

Our Mobile Victim Advocate position is offered at $21.65 to $23.42 per hour.  Actual wage will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, experience and qualifications.  Employees who successfully meet or exceed performance expectations during their annual performance evaluation will be eligible for a 4% wage increase.

*The full salary range for this position is $21.65 to $36.06 per hour and represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. *
