CONSUMER DIRECT CARE NETWORK WI In Home Caregiver/Columbus, WI--JM in COLUMBUS, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: I have a member in Columbus, WI looking for a caregiver. Shifts: 10-14 hours per week Monday-Friday (Nights) 7pm-9pm Every Other Weekend 7pm-9pm Personal Care tasks include but are not limited to: Emptying and cleaning urinals. Assistance with disposing ostomy waste Setting up bedside table with catheters, meds, water, snack, etc. Transferring into bed Undressing, putting on night time boots Stretching legs and arms and applying bio freeze if needed There may be other miscellaneous tasks if needed BENEFITS: Work with a member that is appreciative of your commitment! Wage: \$18.00 per hour ** Must have reliable transportation with valid driver\'s license and auto insurance *Flexible for changes with schedule, due to appointments, illness, etc.* If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a member, or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN\'s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
