job summary:
Tool & Die Maker needed for immediate 1st shift direct hire opportunity in the Columbus, OH area. We are seeking a person who has either Tool and Die Maker Journeyman's Certification or a 8 years tool room and machining experience.
The right person will bring their experience to machine and fabricate tools, parts, dies, etc. used in CNC manufacturing processes. This person will be an effective communicator with the ability to follow detailed instructions via SOP's, blueprints and engineering drawings with the ability to work in sync with the manufacturing team.

responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Must have a Tool and Die Maker Journeymans Certification or a minimum of 8 years tool room and machining experience working with dies, fixtures, jigs, etc.
Ablity to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings and be skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments.
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to perform basic reading, writing and mathematical functions
Language Skills Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally and in writing.
Ability to understand and carry out detailed written and verbal procedures.
