WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): Develops, implements, and monitors marketing plans to achieve the overall business objectives of the organization. Works with management to identify, develop, and implement effective and productive marketing strategies for specific segments. Identifies or directs market research, product/service planning, and potential brand enhancement opportunities to accomplish the organization's goals. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD: Design, develop, and implement marketing plans to support the development and improvement of the organization's marketing objectives. Research identify and select the best channels to improve the effectiveness of coverage in the marketplace and meet the unique needs of defined business segments. Targets and prioritizes national segments and opportunities. Executes segment strategies accordingly and provides input to group sponsors. This includes management of overall contact strategy as it pertains to assigned product lines and programs as well as donor experience. Work across geographic and divisional boundaries to identify and implement effective and productive marketing strategies. May be responsible for the infrastructure, technical capabilities, and continuous improvement activities to achieve marketing goals. Provides reporting on assigned programs and product lines to ensure the most effective channels and strategies are utilized. Recommends strategic adjustments and optimization based on data and marketing best practices. Works independently to develop and cultivate relationships across cross-functional teams to support the marketing program. This includes: Scheduling meetings, regular touch bases, and training. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to solve complex problems. Serves as a resource and/or lead to other staff. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5 to 7 years related experience required.
