SUMMARY The Manager, Strategy Activation will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. This role is centered on implementing strategic initiatives and managing projects that propel the company forward. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential issues and developing solutions to mitigate them. Support the identification, planning, development, and execution of business transformation projects such as improved customer engagement, optimized pricing strategies and operational efficiencies. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and leadership across the organization to ensure buy-in and enhance operational efficiencies and successful implementation of transformational initiatives. Foster a culture of change and innovation, promote collaboration and open communication, and provide continuous learning across the organization. Connect commercial and operational business activities to the Covetrus strategy and operating model demonstrating a strong understanding across the areas of Finance, Operations and HR. Navigate conflicts and challenges that may arise from transformation while collaborating, influencing, and building trust to bring to resolution. Reporting on project outcomes and strategic insights to senior leadership. QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/or Experience 3+ years in management consulting with hands-on experience working autonomously and leveraging quantitative and qualitative data Bachelor's degree Competencies (Skills & Abilities) Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, develop innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions. Experience working with cross functional teams in a high growth environment Strong business judgment: ability to approach complex business problems in a structured way, simplify, and drive rapidly towards insight. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong people leadership skills, including ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Fast, flexible, and outcomes-focused: able and excited to thrive with rapid cycles of analysis, decision, and action. An ownership and "role up your sleeves" mentality, willing to dive into analyses and work to support the team, not afraid to get into the weeds when needed. Proficiency with data technologies (Excel, Tableau, SFDC, Alteryx, etc.). Deep passion for animals, healthcare, and technology. Travel may be required up to 25%. Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.
