Job Summary

The Environmental Services Team provides expertise and services for all types of regulatory and environmental related projects. Project types include, but are not limited, to NPDES permitting, stormwater management, stream and wetland mitigation, mitigation banking, field studies, NEPA, and wetland delineations.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Stormwater Engineer/Scientist will have experience with the following disciplines:

  • Municipal Stormwater Management program development and implementation

  • Municipal stormwater policy and regulation development

  • NPDES Compliance and Environmental Permitting (i.e., SWMP, SWPPPs, SPCCs, etc.)

  • Water Quality

  • EPA regulatory knowledge

  • Construction Stormwater management

  • Technical writing experience

  • Client interaction and communication

  • Stormwater focused training content development and presentation experience

    Qualifications and Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in an engineering or science based professional environment

  • Progressive advancement from project scientist/engineer to program manager within 5 years

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and lead strategic session to address client needs and goals

  • Public speaking and presentation experience

  • Creative/innovative skills
