This position works out of our Easton Square location in the Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You’ll Work On
Demonstrate stewardship and provide leadership throughout the Label Process to meet Division strategies and business objectives.
Deliver project excellence by incorporating best practices in project management to meet and/or exceed customer needs.
Build effective alliances with key internal and external supply partners/cross-functional team members to facilitate label development against strategic objectives.
Manage all label change requests based on defined process standards.
Responsible for effective budget management across assigned labeling projects.
Actively seeks opportunities and training to advance personal and professional development.
Identifies, develops, and implements processes and procedures to improve department performance.
Act as point of contact for project reporting & updates to the Business Unit.
Provide support as required to Program or Portfolio Management.
LABELING:
Execute roles and responsibilities as defined in the Label Process.
Ensure project scope is established; develop and manage project plan to deliverables.
Manage all change requests— major/minor change decisions based on defined process standards.
Manage all minor changes autonomously through the label process.
Prioritize/group changes, coordinate with Marketing Brand Managers, Regulatory, PR&D, Medical & QA.
Manage labeling molds & dies budgets for assigned Business Unit(s).
Assure continuity across brands/SKUs within Business Unit(s).
Recommend and implement PM strategies and enhancements to improve the efficiency of the Label Process.
Monitor/Assess process metrics: Turn data into action and communication– errors, cycle times, reworks. Take an active approach to monitoring trends, investigating failures, and continuous improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for project reporting and updates to the Business Unit(s) and ANPD Leadership teams.
Perform brand portfolio management to ensure consistency across SKUs.
What You'll Work On
Mentor and guide direct reports.
Implement a comprehensive training plan and career path for direct reports and staff.
Provide assessment/performance feedback to direct reports.
Work with team members and supplier partners to bring forth innovative thinking and new ideas to meet Business/Marketing objectives.
Manage cross-functional project timeline and follow-up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Proactively identify, monitor & manage project opportunities/issues/risks throughout the project life cycle.
Provide training/coaching on specialized service processes to meet organizational needs.
Work directly with the internal/external management team to resolve issues that impact the completion of project/initiative objectives.
Drive for results and timely decision-making.
Resolve project/initiative team conflicts (internal and external).
Maintain documentation and provide data management for initiative deliverables; identify communication plans for knowledge sharing across all internal and external stakeholders.
Creates and delivers project review presentations to BU and Divisional leadership.
Document cross-functional project plan in PM software.

Supervisory / Management Responsibilities:
Direct Reports: 2-5 plus management of multiple external supplier partners.
Background:
Successful experience leading a diverse group of employees, including management of direct reports. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a significant roster of projects/initiatives and deliver on cost and timing expectations. Experience evaluating supplier skill sets, presentations, and overall capabilities to achieve desired results. Ability to think strategically and translate strategic guidance into effective marketing initiatives/programs across various audiences and distribution channels. Proven ability to objectively evaluate initiative/program results and recommend future utilization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA degree preferred.
PMP certified desirable.
Demonstrate skills in working and influencing cross-functionally and collaboratively.
Experience in forming and leading diverse functional teams.
3-5 years experience in project leadership roles.
Ability to manage, communicate, and coordinate the project management phases of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and completing.
Possess competency in financial analysis and budget management (e.g., development, tracking, and reporting applications)
Ability to review, negotiate, and establish standard pricing for ANPD-approved external suppliers.
Ability to develop and manage a portfolio of agency partners, including developing effective processes, annual goals, and performance assessments.
Strong skills in planning and execution.
Strong written and oral communication skills w/experience in communicating/presenting to management.
Strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills.
Technical skills required: Microsoft Office Suite of products; SAP: experience with ECC and SRM preferred.
Understanding relevant methodologies, processes, and standards within cross-functional areas (i.e., Regulatory, Medical, QA, Marketing, PR&D, Labeling, Purchasing).
Accountability / Scope / Budget:
Responsible for the project’s commitment to quality.
Position will manage projects with representation from all key functional areas within the Division.
Provide cross-functional forecasting, tracking, reporting, and oversight of project budgets.
Understand the organizational impact of project issues and engage Sr. Mgmt, as necessary.
This position should have sufficient latitude to exercise judgment within generally defined processes, procedures, and policies, selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Responsible for identifying critical project/initiative issues and risks and developing/implementing action plans for resolution; apply learning’s across specialized marketing service area.

The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
