Responsibilities
As an Senior Project Manager, job duties include:
Lead and manage multiple high-profile projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
Engage with stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and communicate project status effectively.
Leverage expertise in Contact Center/Call Center technology and telecommunications to drive project success.
Cultivate relationships with diverse project sponsors and business units to ensure alignment and support.
Manage and influence project team members in a matrixed environment, without direct reporting authority.
Utilize robust negotiating and influencing skills to navigate project challenges and drive results.
Apply analytical and strategic thinking to oversee budgeting, forecasting, process management, risk management, quality control, and operational efficiencies.
Implement PMI-based project management methodologies to enhance project performance and deliverables.
Skills:
5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with medium to high complexity, high-profile projects.
Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Advanced understanding of Contact Center technologies, with familiarity in Genesys Contact Center preferred.
Demonstrated analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
Knowledge of PMI-based project management competencies and methodologies.
