Rx Savings Solutions, part of McKesson's CoverMyMeds business segment, offers an innovative, patented software system that educates and empowers consumers to make the best healthcare choices at the lowest cost. Founded and operated by a team of pharmacists and software engineers, we support a collaborative, cost-saving solution for purchasing prescription drugs. The Rx Savings Solutions team is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing to join our Product and Revenue Marketing team! The Sr. Manager, Revenue Marketing is responsible for the comprehensive planning and oversight of integrated marketing programs and strategies designed to build, engage and accelerate revenue growth and brand visibility, and educate the market about the RxSS portfolio and brand. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Client Success and Product. *Our ideal candidate must reside in the Columbus, OH area, or one of our other hub cities including the areas of Kansas City, Dallas, Atlanta or Richmond, in order to work a hybrid schedule. The work will primarily be remote from home with occasional in-office work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at target buyers. Align these strategies with overall business objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as search engines, social media platforms, email, and content marketing. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content writers, designers, and videographers, to produce high-quality and engaging content that aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives and contributes to revenue marketing strategies. Ensure content is optimized for owned and paid digital channels and resonates with target audiences. Work closely with key stakeholders to develop programs and strategies that convey the product and brand value propositions to target buyers at the critical points in the revenue cycle. Monitor the overall outcomes of revenue marketing programs and initiatives with a bias toward return on investment, campaign influence and campaign optimization. Provide regular reports and insights to management to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Articulate the impact of revenue marketing efforts on the customer lifecycle, from awareness and acquisition to growth and retention. In collaboration with the Director of Revenue Marketing, strategize and build programs that will support the Revenue Marketing OKRs. Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of all aspects of the business and draw on the professional expertise to infusion that into revenue marketing strategies. Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and recommend innovative marketing strategies.
