ROLE SUMMARY The Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance NA will work on the development of key financial analytics, strategies, reports, forecasts and budgets for the Equipment, Hospital Supply & Diagnostic portfolios within NA Distribution. This role will report into the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis for NA Finance and work directly with the Sr. Director of FP&A for NA Finance as well as the Vice President of Portfolio Management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Provide insightful financial and analytical support to help drive key strategic projects, financial performance, negotiations and business decisions. Strong focus on data, analytics, predictive modeling and system implementation/automation. Monitor, track and proactively report monthly financial performance, identifying key issues, opportunities, and challenges. Leverage monthly financial results and key performance indicators, to prepare timely forecasts, and analyses for senior management. Help drive planning of cross-functional programs that support key strategic initiatives. Prepare and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting or Economics degree preferred). 3+ years of experience. Demonstrated financial and analytics acumen. Excellent data and analytical skills with the ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers. Ability to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Experience developing strategic presentations and executive communications. Advanced financial modeling and data analytics experience using Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), Adaptive Insights, Workday, Salesforce, Tableau and/or Alteryx. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Organized and able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously. Demonstrated business acumen to think strategically. Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.
