CAS is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Requirements Analyst/Solution Designer/System Configurator for a Salesforce Lightning Functional Lead role in the Business Technology organization. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Position Summary: Qualified candidates will be experienced Salesforce Functional Leads/Solution Architects with solution design/configuration/testing skills and business data architecture expertise. This Business Technology team member will oversee comprehensive solution design, system configuration, shared data integration, and end-to-end testing for new/enhanced business capabilities in the Salesforce environment and across integrated business application platforms. Job Accountabilities: Foster close partnerships and apply strategic thinking with technology colleagues, as well as with business application owners, business analysts, and system administrators who represent Salesforce end user areas across the organization Facilitate cross-functional prioritization and coordination with stakeholders and delivery leads across production support items, solution investigations, enhancements, and project-level efforts Create, coordinate, and execute on delivery plans, with associated schedules and estimates; proactively monitor progress, address concerns, and mitigate risk Lead discovery and related client engagement processes, partnering with third party consultants when applicable, while directly engaging in and influencing business requirements clarification and solution design for complex business needs Partner with business and technical colleagues to create and refine appropriate solution design artifacts: business case input, business requirements and functional specifications, use case scenarios, process flow diagrams, business rule summaries, data mappings, etc. Identify, assess, and qualify solution implementation options that align with business strategies, operational effectiveness, business data governance, and enterprise architecture roadmaps Collaborate with business and technical team members to document solution design details and decisions, as a basis for configuration/development/testing of reliable and scalable deliverables Lead configuration work and coordinate testing efforts with business/requirements analysts and quality/software engineers for end-to-end solutions that involve application configuration, custom development, and system integration Embrace, engage in, and help refine agility practices that drive continuous delivery for the cross-functional Salesforce team, utilizing Jira-based processes for backlog/delivery management Provide leadership and insight to evolve and enhance business requirements analysis, solution design efforts, system configuration approaches, and quality assurance practices, and thus overall team effectiveness; mentor and guide team members accordingly Provide thought leadership for extended and innovative business capabilities on the Salesforce Lightning platform and across the integrated Business Technology ecosystem Contribute to and maintain alignment with guiding principles and evolving roadmaps for CAS business technologies and enterprise business data management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience in the Information Techn
