Position Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team. Assistance includes calling Realtors, Financial Planners and introducing the company and Loan Originator along with assisting with administrative functions such as scanning, reviewing loan packets, and collect missing items. This position needs to possess strong communication skills and a willingness to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, team environment. This position is for hard working individuals aspiring to learn and gain knowledge to become a Loan Originator.

Essential Job Functions:

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Generate new Realtor meetings by filling Realtor luncheons and monthly happy hours, setting prospect meetings, and schedule lunch/coffee meetings.

• Generate Database Leads: Identify 20 calls weekly for BM to call for refinances/purchases.

• Contact at least 20 referral partners/past clients in a day (100/week).

• Call from realtors list/Certified Public Accountants/Financial Advisors/Attorneys.

• Set 10 appointments per week.

• Fill Realtor Lunch and Learns: o Minimum of 10 people.

o Coordinate RSVP’s and confirmations up to day of event.

o Setup before L&L: food, handouts, etc.

o Add new attendees to database.

o Hand-write thank you cards post event.

• Fill monthly Happy Hours:

o Minimum of 15 people.

o Send invitations to attendees and manage RSVP’s, following up on responses as necessary

o Hand-write thank you cards post event.

• Set meetings with prospective referral sources (realtors/ builders).

• Help organize events with the help of the Loan Partner I (handwritten invites, e-vite, and call to follow up).

• Contact Realtors by sending weekly emails and calling a minimum of 20 Realtors and Financial Planners a day.

Required Job Functions:

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Learn to be a Loan Originator.

• Effectively communicate, work with, and build relationships with all levels of constituents including culturally and linguistically diverse staff members and external candidates and/or vendors, while operating in a fast-paced customer service driven environment.

• This position may require occasional overtime and travel.

• Additional tasks as assigned.
