ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a potential Retail Business Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at The Greentree Group. This role will be critical in ensuring effective support of a State Government client and the related retail business efforts of their stakeholders. SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Travel to a selection of stakeholder locations, primarily within the Columbus/Southeastern Ohio area.
• Provide guidance and direction surrounding retail best practices.
• Assist in supporting training initiatives for stakeholders of varying experience levels in technological and retail subject areas.
• Communicate client directives and policies to stakeholders, and collect feedback from stakeholders to relay to the client.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds -- sometimes consistently.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of three (3) years related experience.
• In-depth understanding of retail business structure and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to convey ideas and concepts to clients which may include executive levels of management.
• Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately and autonomously, meeting deadlines independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous background leading teams in the retail workspace a plus.

Experience delivering formal and informal training to diverse audience groups.

Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders.

Previous experience with organizational change management.

Strong attention to detail.
