JOB SUMMARY: 

The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager is to increase overall truck sales by providing leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values. This individual leads the development of clearly defined business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for assigned Truck Salespersons. The responsibilities include but are not limited to, supporting the vision and plans of the Director of Sales, managing an existing sales staff, helping with sales negotiations, making sure salespeople maintain proper pricing benchmarks, and working to achieve AOR goals within the region.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An associate degree or 4-year college degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • Eight or more years of sales or Management experience preferably within the heavy-duty truck industry.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, truck spec'ing, marketing, and operations gained through three or more years of industry-related experience preferred.
