Actalent Project Manager in Columbus, Ohio

Description:

A manufacture and distributor of tire and wheel service products, the Responsible for overseeing building project from cradle to grave then transitioning manufacturing operations along with capital projects to new campus Responsible - Oversee every phase of construction "ONE Roof" project, manage constraints and develop contingencies to address any potential risks. - Present regular updates to upper management on progression as it relates to budget and timelines. - Transition manufacturing operation from existing facility to new campus, while maintaining customer requirements. - Draft and summit budget based scope of work and resources requirements - Support Facility Engineer in providing direction over contracts and subcontractors - Plan all construction operation and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines - Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies - work collaboratively with the Facility Engineer to supervise labors, mechanics etc.. - Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports - Ensure adherence to all EHS standards - Once construction is complete, a detailed transition plan to be developed with the business operations to ensure we continue to meet customer requirements while simultaneously transition manufacturing equipment from the old facility to new campus - Execute the transition plan and support the business through initial startup phase -Work with EHS manager to ensure all equipment is reviewed using PSSR process - Work with Maintenance leader to ensure documented PM for all equipment. Also provide all manuals and suggested replacement parts lists.
