Description
Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for a resource to help with a client with a Netsuite implementation. The client is located in Dublin, OH, so a local resource is ideal, but client will also consider 100% remote non-local resources with the appropriate experience. The primary focus of this role will be on the optimization and further development of the client's NetSuite systems, specifically the Financial Reporting and Reconciliation modules. This short-term contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finance and accounting, and expertise in NetSuite. This is a functional implementation role, supporting the technical team.
Responsibilities
• Provide expert guidance on the integration of new modules into our existing NetSuite system
• Assist in the ongoing optimization of NetSuite processes and reporting
• Advise on the management and operation of Financial Reporting and Reconciliation modules
• Oversee the efficient handling of intercompany transactions and consolidations within NetSuite
• Offer process optimization guidance for various functions, including invoicing and intercompany transactions
• Contribute to the understanding and management of the flow within NetSuite
• Support the month-end close process in NetSuite
• Manage the complexities associated with our business, which includes 50 legal entities.
Requirements
• Have extensive knowledge and experience in using NetSuite
• Possess experience in system implementation, ideally in an IT or business setting
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting functions
• Show proficiency in financial reporting, with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Display skills in budgeting, with the ability to forecast and manage budgets effectively
• Have experience in account reconciliation, ensuring all financial data aligns
• Be proficient in month-end close processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
