Position Overview: The primary focus of this role will be to serve as support for the PRIME CMS Construction Management Team to ensure projects move forward in a timely and effective manner. Primary Responsibilities: Provides project related administrative support to the Construction Management Team. Processes Change Orders, Pay Applications, Force Accounts, Request for Pricing, and Submittals, and any other additional project administrative tasks. Updates project calendars and coordinates project meetings. Attends progress meetings, records meetings, prepares meeting minutes, and distributes accordingly. Oversees project documentation filing system including acquiring all project related reports, maintaining inspector daily reports and photos, and project closeout. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred; or equivalent years of experience. A minimum of 3 years' administrative experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - particularly, MS Excel and MS Word. Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work. Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing. Ability to work independently.
