Responsibilities * Leads, coordinates, and facilitates Healthy Start Community Consortium activities and events defined in the Healthy Start work plan. * Collaborates with NCH Healthy Start team and Community Consortium leads, plans leadership and work group meetings, oversees meeting logistics, tracks, and facilitates implementation of meeting decisions and outcomes. * Leads development and implementation of the annual Healthy Start Health Promotion Plan and the Health Start Action Plan to address social determinants of health. * Manages partner and community member engagement and recruitment. * Creates and maintains communication channels between Community Consortium leadership and work groups. Supports the creation of reports and other communication products for the community. * Evaluates effectiveness of Community Consortium activities and proposes and leads opportunities for improvement. * Implements and tracks Healthy Start interventions, develops new programs, improves processes, and anticipates problems to result in concrete solutions. Qualifications Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Services, Human Development, Social Work, Business, Education, or related healthcare field, or equivalent experience, required. Licensure Requirement: Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Skills: * Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with external partners with sensitivity to and understanding of community assets and culture. * Effective planning, organizational, and strong project management skills. *
