Responsible for financial planning activities that yield accurate and strategic forecast, budget, and long range plans. Provide timely, relevant, and accurate analysis financial results of the business unit's performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan. Provide proactive support with business leaders to drive profitability, monitor and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators. Develop and maintain financial models that support strategic initiatives and measure business drivers and trends. Implement and support ongoing financial reporting and forecasting tools driving new insights and efficiencies The candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of existing work processes as well as support the team with ad hoc analysis and special projects. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field, required. 4+ years' experience in Accounting and/or Financial Planning Analysis with experience analyzing financial statements, forecasts, month end close and budgets. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and prioritize. Strategic and analytical thinker, with the ability to quickly find patterns in data and interpret the impact of key business drivers. Energetic, flexible team player with ability to adapt in changing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sharing ideas and information across functional groups and producing high-quality deliverables supporting business decisions. Confident and able to be influential and assertive. Customer centric with good empathy and social skills to work with Business Units. Business Intelligence tool experience (Tableau, Power BI) a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint. ERP and Planning tool experience (SAP, SAC, Adaptive, and NetSuite) a plus.
