Work Flexibility: Onsite

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Starting Pay : $22.60/hr.

What You Will Do:

The Field Operations Associate administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. As the Field Operations Associate, you will account for all materials and supplies in the stores’ facilities; audit goods received into warehouse. Additionally, you will oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. You will prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. You will ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. Additional responsibilities may require you to:

  • Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products.

  • Distribute and deliver products/services for our representatives and customers.

  • Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel.

  • Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.

  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.

  • Maintain account records, reporting and filing, and cycle count activities.

  • Manage inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies.

  • Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages.

  • Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments).

  • Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery shipments.

  • Organize, retrieve, or place goods from/into stock received via multiple sources.

  • Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates, etc.

What You Need:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Valid Driver’s license with good driving record

Preferred:

  • Warehouse/Inventory Control experience

  • Associate’s degree
