Position Description: CoverMyMeds is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for our CFO and other Finance executives. This position requires thoroughknowledge of company operations,policies, and procedures. Handlesdetails of a highly confidential andcritical nature. Strong multi-tasking,analytical thinking and organizationalskills in a fast-paced work environment.Strong working knowledge ofcomputers and technology with theability to learn quickly. Flexible with theability to reprioritize tasks quickly whenneeded. Key Responsibilities: Providing specialized administrative support to relieve and assist executives of complex details and advanced administrative duties. Coordinating activities between departments and outside parties. Assisting executives to communicate regularly inside and outside the organization by using the appropriate media and timing Supporting general project management duties. Proactively maintain and manage executive's calendar to optimize time and efficiency Heavy travel management (potential international). Coordinate all travel arrangements in a timely and cost-effective manner following policy guidelines (hotels/restaurants/airfare/etc.) Expense report management / finance coordination Actively participate in the organization and preparation of meetings (i.e., logistic, room setup, required materials, refreshment needs) Recording/reporting meeting minutes and attendance Monitoring performance and tracking progress on action items Participate in onboarding for instruction on systems and processes Minimum Requirements Typically, minimum 0-2 years ofrelevant experience. May havedegree or equivalent Critical Skills Advanced administrative support experience working with senior level executives preferred Action oriented: Strong multi-tasking, analytical thinking and organizational skills in a fast paced work environment Strong collaboration skills within and outside team Professional and interpersonal skills Ability to interact in a variety of situations and people, sometimes under high pressure Demonstrated project management experience Excellent communication/collaboration skills Strong working knowledge of computers and technology with the ability to learn quickly Experience with travel industry. Understanding airline, hotel and rental car policies, etc. Additional Skills & Knowledge Flexible with the ability to reprioritize tasks quickly when needed Positive attitude and ability to work with varying personalities High level of comfort with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word Ability to work independently and in a different location than team Commitment to McKesson's ICARE and ILEAD.
