Responsibilities Collaborates with team to coordinate the CEO. Strategic involvement in meetings, key projects, special initiatives, and other functions. Initiates, coordinates, and implements departmental projects and events to ensure smooth operations and timely completion. Provides diverse, tactical, and confidential administrative support to the CEO, including drafting correspondence, routing mail, calls, and visitors, and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Ensures the efficient and professional operation of the CEO's office and Executive Suite, managing resources and directing administrative assistants. Serves as the primary manager and liaison for the Board of Directors, managing communications, manages the board portal and board archives, maintaining relevant documentation and records. Coordinates the Board calendar, scheduling meetings and events, drafting agendas, overseeing logistics, and recording meeting minutes. Collects and analyzes information and prepares reports and presentations, ensuring that information is accurate and readily available for decision-making. Oversees administration receptionist through employment lifecycle. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Education Requirement: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, required. Skills: Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment. Effective interpersonal skills to interacts with physician leaders, senior administrators, executives from other academic medical centers and community leaders. Demonstrates ability to exercise considerable judgment, initiative, discretion, and independence. Experience: Ten years of administrative or office management experience, required.
