Nexstar Media Group Executive Administrative Assistant in Columbus, Ohio
WCMH (NBC) in Columbus, OH is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provides a full range of administrative and clerical support to the Vice President/General Manager and other station personnel, ensuring excellent customer service always.
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Vice President/General Manager and other station personnel.
Provides word processing services.
Manages calendars and appointments.
Maintains files and records.
Composes correspondence and prepares documents for transmission and/or distribution.
Performs photocopying and other document production services.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Greet guest of the station at appointed times.
Past experience with FCC reporting preferred
Requirements & Skills :
College degree preferred.
Fluency in English.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional attention to detail.
Able to work independently in a deadline driven environment.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Minimum two years’ experience in clerical support or administrative assistance, preferably in the broadcast industry.
