Huntington National Bank Default Service Operations Specialist II in Columbus, Ohio
Description
Supports variety of daily activities/functions required with the servicing of existing charged off consumer loan products. Position includes working directly with Management on special projects, system conversions and is the Recovery Testing Coordinator. Ability to work in depth with various business areas to understand processes and procedures. In order for colleagues to meet eligibility requirements for this position they must have significant experience and proven performance supporting various functions within Default Servicing.Recovery Experience is preferred.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma
3-5 years of Default Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Recovery Experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
Strong reporting skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and pivot tables
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills in teamwork, communication; adaptability; organizational technique, and decision making
Makes use of clear logic in processes so others can easily maintain that process
Can work independently or within a group with little or no supervision producing consistently exceptional work
Positive attitude and ability to learn multiple subjects at the same time
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and demonstrates an accountability for their work
