THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Coordinator, Customer Care you will serve our customers by responding to their comments, chats, and calls in a way that is responsive, unique, and consistent with Chipotle's guidelines for hospitality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Strong candidates are motivated by what they can achieve, growth they could experience and how they will impact the company

  • Respond to new customer inquiries within our various channels/platforms (Salesforce, Chat, Call Lines)

  • Handle secondary responses to ensure offers of physical currency are sent and additional questions/issues are handled in a timely manner

  • Attend meetings and supplemental training sessions to stay updated on CMG policies, procedures, promotions, new menu items, PR Statements, and any other items necessary to provide accurate, relevant, and hospitable service to our guests

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.

  • 1-3 Years' experience in Customer Care or related field

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $18.26 to $23.56 per hour. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
