Project booking and Invoicing
SOP for General Administrative Tasks
Job numbers for Construction & Service projects
Schedule of Values for invoicing
Weekly timesheets
Certified payroll/prevailing wage
Monthly job cost reports and meetings
AR/AP
Expense Reports
Holiday/vacation forms
Reports and documentation from multiple softwares
Warranty letters
O&M’s/submittals
Cross collaboration with other administrators and teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Include the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.
Requires availability during core business hours
40 hour/week pay cap (unless OT pre-approved)
Experience with building automation/construction industry desired
Experience with AR/AP and cash flow management desired
Experience with accounting/invoicing systems highly desired
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic)
Must be self-motivated, goal & results oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must have high standards of quality with attention to detail
Must be efficient at scheduling and meeting commitments for multiple customers
Job duties will be primarily limited to the Greater Cincinnati area; however, out of town travel may be required.
