The Commercial Loan Closer, coordinates the daily administrative function of the Business Services department. In this role, the processor is responsible for loan documentation, loan booking, filing and recording liens, maintenance of collateral perfection, administration of loan files and tracking of post-closing loan requirements. The Commercial Loan Processor shall also be responsible for business member services, escalated issues and correspondence. Additional responsibilities may include attending community events as a representative of the business service team supporting the departments lending officer and department head. What you will do: Work Flow Management (Oversees the work flow of business loan processing to ensure compliance requirements are being met) Performs loan document review and due diligence with all third party professionals Review of loan documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to closing Assist in the preparation and distribution of approved loan packages to the appropriate approval authority, i.e. Chief Sales Officer; Chief Lending Officer; / Asset Protection, Business Loan committee Fund loans in compliance with credit approval, loan settlement statement, and audit procedures Order Vendor Work Document Loans in Laserpro Loan maintenance Lean Perfection, exception and documentation Booking the loan Assist in assuring that overall system integrity related to commercial loan system/ software Assist with loan monitoring, mortgage recordings, title liens, possessory collateral, and financial information for each loanPre/Post Close QC What you will need: Must have a minimum of 1 year of commercial loan processing experience Must have a minimum 2 years experience in the commercial lending space Preferably Highly proficient in Laser Pro Knowledge of SBA Standard Operations Procedures ideally Knowledge SBA Loan Policy and Products preferably Attention to detail Good decision making skills Ability to read and understand bank, financial statement and tax return documents Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills (oral and written) Ideally Experience with Sageworks / Abrigo Commercial Loan System Bachelor's degree (in Finance or Accounting a plus but not required) Telhio applicants must be able to pass a background check including: Credit, Drug Screen, Bondability, & Criminal Background What you will earn: Competitive salary Benefits: several medical plan options, dental, free vision, free life and free disability insurance Additional financial incentive programs for employees enrolled in our insurance 6% matching and immediately vested 401(k) plan Generous schedule for 14 paid holidays, vacation and personal time for a healthy work-life balance Opportunity for personal career growth, continued education and mentorship programs Volunteer opportunities impacting the local community Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those tha
