The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.
Role:
The CCB Data Governance Product team builds capabilities to accelerate Data Publishing, Data Consumption and Data Governance functions, as we modernize our metadata registration, enrichment and management capabilities, and automated data oversight. The product facilitates discovery of data that is understandable, ready to use, fit for purpose and compliant with data risk management.
The VP Change Manager sits within the product team and offers the opportunity to apply your product knowledge, change management, and communication skills to a broad range of stakeholders and users impacted by data management challenges faced by not only CCB, but across the Firm. The ideal candidate has experience in product, metadata management, and change management within an organization and/or with a consulting firm. To be successful, the candidate must be dynamic, partner-oriented, organized, able to ask questions and connect dots - delivering fresh ideas and flawless execution. The role is responsible for the following activities:
Lead metrics-driven user adoption efforts via effect change management:
Approach projects with a customer mindset and effectively partner with product teams, technology and the business to assess the impact on all end users
Build readiness strategies to ensure the organization and its stakeholders are ready for changes impacting our customer's experiences , including tracking those programs using metrics you design, pull, and execute against
Design and deliver procedures, training materials, and training to support initiatives
Determine what success looks like and ensure adoption can be measured; course-correct or reinforce changes based on adoption metrics and end user feedback
Partner and knowledge-share across product portfolios to ensure gaps are prevented and readiness plans are designed at a strategic-level first and task-level second
Metrics design and analysis
Create adoption metrics to measure the success of our strategies
Using SQL, python, or other data engineering skills, centralize those metrics for our ability to track and communicate success
Design tableau dashboards or other dashboards to help summarize key metrics-based communication elements to our senior leaders
Analyze the metrics to best tell stories from the data and better drive product communications
Drive product communications
As the liaison between the product and its senior stakeholders/customers, you'll act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand & set us up for success with
Develop, structure, design, and prepare well-written communications to partners (e.g., Data Stewards, Data Quality, Data Lake, etc.) with minor guidance clearly communicating key messages around releases/enhancements, application support, and product development
Responsibilities:
Design metrics
Work closely with the product team to understand, prioritize, and implement strategic changes to our product
Run comprehensive change impact assessments and build strategic change plans (that bring together communications, engagement, training, and self-service content efforts) to ensure user readiness
Assist with developing executive level presentations and other content that effectively communicates change strategy and plans to an array of audiences in both written and verbal form
Design, deliver, and maintain department procedures, job aids, SharePoint and Confluence pages
Help manage implementation of change plans, tracking tasks, open items and risks
Overall Qualifications:

7-10 years of experience supporting change management efforts in data management, process management, business process reengineering or related field, providing consulting or strategy expertise
Process modeling experience in defining new or changes to business and operations processes
Stays \"ahead of the problem;\" immediately recognizes when circumstances change and incorporates new issues into workplans; focuses team on the most important issues
Accurately forecasts timelines and creates workplan with some manager input; highly efficient in execution; stays effective under tight time constraints
Leadership
Influencer with great interpersonal skills that can achieve alignment across a range of different views and interests while displaying a sense of ownership
Maintains composure and presence in difficult meetings; able to address off-topic questions and concerns to steer conversations toward solutions

Tech to End User Skills
Python, or SQL to help pull metrics from our systems
Tableau or other self-service dashboarding skills
Able to explain data management products, policy, and concepts in employee-friendly language
Demonstrated ability to obtain Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of multiple processes
Communications
Excellent communicator able to convey complex information in an understandable, compelling, and persuasive manner to senior executives, business users, and technology stakeholders across multiple lines of business via both verbal and written skills
Prior writing experience creating documents, decks, white papers, policies, or procedures that are professional, comprehensive, and easily understood
Organization Skills
Highly organized and able to execute on goals in timely fashion while maintaining flexibility to adjust and prioritize as needed
Able to identify implications of work, how it addresses the priorities of the organization or product , and a nticipates/suggests next steps to advance toward overall solution
