Description We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (IT) III (Senior) for a long term contract employment opportunity in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be expected to liaise between business units and technology teams, facilitating meetings and workshops to ensure clarity and direction for projects. You will be working closely with technology engineers and project managers, facilitating the understanding, development, and delivery of project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, aligning all parties.

• Facilitate meetings and workshops with technical and business stakeholders to ensure project clarity and direction.

• Work closely with both Scrum and Waterfall teams to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.

• Handle projects utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Generate reports and create documents and presentations using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Maintain detailed records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Foster a positive, proactive attitude towards problem-solving and project management.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems. Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.

• Experience in acting as a liaison between various teams.

• Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders.

• Experience in establishing partnerships and fostering collaboration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology.

• Ability to create detailed specifications.

• Proven track record of resolving issues.

• Experience in the financial services sector.

• Understanding of various methodologies and frameworks.

• Ability to produce quality deliverables.

• Experience working with business units.

• Knowledge of Scrum methodology.

• Familiarity with Mindset Software.

• Experience in writing user stories.

• Ability to solve complex technical problems.
