Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team within Client Reporting Operations. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of document distribution for Statements, Trade Confirmations, and Prospectus through close collaboration with internal and external partners. The position also involves significant contributions to projects related to document creation and process enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Distribution Oversight:
Perform daily reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely hard copy and e-delivery distributions.
Project Participation:
Engage in change-related projects, covering all phases from requirements development to post-production review.
Actively contribute to testing strategies, defect management, and coordination with impacted operations teams.
Process Documentation:
Develop and maintain desktop procedures, best practices, and post-implementation documentation.
Metrics Development and Analysis:
Create and refine metrics reporting to monitor performance and identify trends.
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance processes based on data insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Interface with teams across Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Vendor Management, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
salary: $22.21 - $22.22 per hour

Responsibilities
• Perform daily production reconciliations and oversee timeliness and accuracy of document distribution.
• Involvement in change related projects. This includes active participation in all phases of the change process from business requirement development, testing strategy, test script development, coordination of involvement in testing by impacted Ops team, defect management, into the team test execution and post production review.
• Documentation of desktop procedures, best practices, minor development document, post implementation analysis.
• Develop metrics reporting, assure relevance and adjust as needed. • • Assist in identifying trends and recommendation to modify processes accordingly.
