NetJets Services, Inc. -- Business Analyst, Lead
Duties: Identify, define, plan, coordinate, and execute requirements for information systems. Lead project scoping and business process reengineering. Troubleshoot existing system logic difficulties. Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions from which programs will be developed. Develop and maintain standards and processes. Contribute to software development lifecycle process improvements. Identify business strengths and weaknesses, suggest areas of improvement, and recommend modifications to business processes. Mentor and coach business analysts and other junior employees.
Columbus, OH/Hybrid onsite/WFH
Requirements: Requires Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Engineering Management or closely related field plus 6 years of progressive developer/analyst experience performing requirements analysis and documentation. Experience to include using Informatica, Confluence, JIRA, and SQL. (Will accept Master's degree in IT, MIS, Engineering Management or closely related field plus 4 years of developer/analyst experience performing requirements analysis and documentation. Experience to include using Informatica, Confluence, JIRA, and SQL.) All experience may be gained concurrent.
