The Huntington National Bank Automation Developer Analyst Sr. R0057467 in COLUMBUS, Ohio
Duties: Support the Enterprise Services team by providing automation solutions for application testing and automation, including performing functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and understanding of TDD and ATDD. Translate functional requirements/design specifications into quality automated test cases. Assist in software releases on an on-going basis and coordinate the tasks and activities of the broader testing team. Analyze and translate functional requirements to create and execute test cases for large business initiatives. Automate these test cases, and execute on regular basis. Write, review, and maintain automation test scripts in RubyMine and other automation tools. Facilitate defect management meetings and perform all aspects of verification, including integration testing, functional testing, and regression testing. Develop and implement well-defined test plans. Manage defect tracking and provide informative updates as requested. Design and maintain automation scripts for task delivery, including reports, data management, and environment setup. Assist with software releases and coordinate tasks and activities of the broader testing team. Support development of Automation Framework using Ready API, Tosca, Selenium and RubyMine with end to end fetching and validating data against database. Writing complex SQL queries and creating stored procedures using Oracle SQL developer, Microsoft SQL query and IBM Datastudio. Perform mainframe testing using COBOL/JCL/DB2/CICS/IMS DB and apply TDD/ATDD methodologies Conduct defect management and Test case management using Azure Devops.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or related technical field. Three years of automation/QA testing experience. Experience must include designing and developing automated testing solutions (scripts, functions, programs, and processes) using technologies including Quality Center, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Test Manager, RubyMine, Ruby/Cucumber, SOAP UI, and mainframe platforms.
