What does the ROLE entail?
Responsible for assisting in the oversight of the hotel food and beverage outlets including the Bar, Restaurant, and Coffee Bar
Support, motivate, and coach a team of more than 10 colleagues to reflect Hyatt Service standards and procedures
Ensure excellent guest service, including service recovery
Demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge
Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments
Liaison between our culinary team and front of house operations
Ensure all operations are done per policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Your EXPERIENCE and qualifications:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and coach a team
A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel food and beverage management or equivalent
Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills
Unafraid of food and beverage related tasks, projects and responsibilities
Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
Must be available to work first and second shift, including weekends and holidays
