Position Summary:

As the leader of Brand, Comms and Content, you will help us design, optimize and connect these functions across the organization to support our aggressive growth strategy.

In this role you will be responsible for enabling customer advocacy and revenue growth by strengthening our leadership position in the market via market leadership points of view/campaigns; improving engagement with prospects, users, and buyers through targeted content strategies; asset creation and optimization; and refining our internal communication program including executive and all company comms. Strong cross-functional partnerships are critical to the success of this role to create the ‘right to win’ in our key market segments. You and your team will be measured by KPI including brand share of voice, sentiment and key word association, as well as content engagement metrics.

In concert with our Brand and Communications agency partner, you will build, execute and performance manage our overall brand and market leadership strategy and plan.

• Collaborate cross-functionally across all areas of LINQ to define, communicate, and evangelize our point of view in the markets & customer segments we serve.

• Enable our marketing teams and our internal stakeholders with targeted content strategies and assets to support multi-channel campaigns and programs across our paid, owned, earned and shared channels.

• Own and develop LINQ’s social channels to grow channels organically in support of our brand.

• Orchestrate cross-organizational planning, execution, and measurement of brand, content, and communications programs with an eye on continuous improvement.

• Serve as the internal champion of LINQ’s brand. Oversee the governance, use and application of brand assets across all departments.

• Enable LINQers on the role and value of brand, content, and communications disciplines and set expectations on how to support these efforts.

• Build a high-performance team acting as a player/coach.

• Create repeatable, scalable process in support of brand, content and communications.

• Recruit, lead, and develop a high performing marketing team focused on building the foundation and enabling future growth.

What you bring to the role:

• You are customer obsessed and fluent in marketing communications. You bring a minimum of 7 years of tried-and-true leadership and business domain experience in branding. communications and content marketing in a fast-paced environment with a lean team. And a strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day to help LINQ grow and scale.

• You love building and optimizing! You can easily pivot between high-level strategic thinking and vision setting and executing with an eye on the details. You are OK with ambiguity and generally thrive in it.

• You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions. You are a compelling storyteller and motivator.

• You’ve created winning brand strategies, comms programs and content strategies. And you have metrics to back them up.

• In-depth knowledge of the buyer journey to produce story maps with smart CTAs according to lifecycle stage.

• Stellar project management, communication and presentation skills. Highly collaborative and super humble. You do your best work when working collaboratively across the ecosystem.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in brand, communications, content creation and delivery.

• Proven success leading brand/comms/content marketing in a fast-paced multi-product Enterprise Software/SaaS company.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive organization change and successfully introduce new concepts.

• Desire and passion to get “hands-on” with the products, our teams, our processes and playbooks to deepen skills and expertise. Be the Player/Coach.

• Experience in public sector and/or compliance-driven industries is a plus.
