Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Medical insurance organization in the Columbia, SC for a Customer Service Advocate II role to assist their team. This is an on-site role.

Pay Rate: $18/hr on W2

Location: Columbia, SC

Duration: Contract with potential for permanent placement

Start Date: 15th Jul, 2024

Training 8 weeks (4 weeks classroom and 4 weeks hands on)

Training schedule - Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30 pm

After training schedule - Monday-Friday,

Must have availability between 8am-6pm.

Can't miss more than 8 hours during training. If a candidate has request for time off during that timeframe, please don't submit them for the request.

If there are gaps within their work history, please have them to provide a reason.

Job Description:

This is a call center/customer service with a heavy call volume.

Please advise your candidates of the requirements to ensure they are fine with being on the phones.
