ManpowerGroup Customer Service Advocate II in Columbia, South Carolina

We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Customer Service Advocate II at one of our large scale Healthcare client.

Job details:

Position: Customer Service Advocate II

Location: Columbia, SC - 29229

Job Type: Full-time - Contract

Salary: $13 - $14 per hourly on W2.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries via telephone, written communication, web, or walk-ins.

  2. Conduct research as needed to resolve non-routine inquiries, adapting responses as necessary.

  3. Initiate and process adjustments, coordinating with other departments as required.

  4. Provide feedback to management on customer issues and recommend changes for improvement.

  5. Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and comments, ensuring timely resolution.

  6. Maintain knowledge of company policies and assist with process improvements.

  7. Assist with training new employees and cross-training coworkers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt responses and conduct research as needed.

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
