- Process Operator - Level 2
As a Process Operator - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for operating and maintaining process equipment in our facility in Columbia, MO. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Columbia, MO location.
In this role, you will impact the production process by monitoring equipment, making adjustments as necessary, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also be accountable for ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate and monitor process equipment to ensure efficient production • Make adjustments to equipment settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance • Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or process issues • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure equipment is in good working order • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Process Operator or in a similar role • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsWE VALUE
High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in a technical field
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
