Aston Carter Order Entry Representative in Columbia, Missouri

Description:

Columbia, MO Location

Our client recently went live with Oracle in March. The transition to the new ERP system is created extra work and longer time to complete service requests from their customers. At this point they're falling behind with their current demand and need to add to the team.

  • primarily will be doing data entry

  • enter in the orders (Service Requests) in Oracle

  • once entered into Oracle, will need to verify that the order (Service Request) is also in the old system

  • verify order (service request) information is accurate in Oracle: quantity, PO #, part #, bill to/ship to address, etc.

  • previous experience working in an administrative capacity

  • must have a good reference from recent employment

  • positive attitude

  • good communication skills

  • order entry experience is a plus
