Insight Global Senior Account Sales Executive in Columbia, Maryland

Job Description

Insight Global is sourcing for a Senior Outside Sales Representative. In this position, you will engage with key stakeholders in the HVAC, Energy Management, real estate community, including owners, developers, engineers, contractors, and property managers, to drive the adoption of our IoT System Architecture solutions across various sectors such as Hospitals, Data Centers, Bio R&D Labs, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Universities, and office buildings. As a senior member of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in capturing essential orders and driving the growth of our business through the development and maintenance of strategic relationships, ultimately resulting in new construction contracts.

Compensation for this position is $85k - $95k per year annually, with the opportunity to earn commission. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role are available and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree

     - Proficient in MS Office products and CRM tools

     - 5+ years in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales within the Industrial Automation or Energy Management industry

     - Knowledge of Building Automation Systems and/or Security and Access Controls

  • Prior experience mentoring individuals or a full sales team

  • Obtains a growth mentality, is team oriented, and has competitive outlook - Experience reviewing data utilizing Salesforce null
