TAD PGS, Inc. Account Supervisor in Columbia, Maryland

We have an outstanding career opportunity for an Account Supervisorto join a leading Company located in theColumbia, MD surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall agency and client partner relationships and retention for select clients.

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities.

  • Drive business by identifying, establishing, and maintaining new and existing accounts through strong client relationships.

  • Leverage marketing and strategy insights to inform planning and execution.

  • Advise clients, make recommendations, and provide strategic guidance to support the development of marketing solutions, including branding, digital, print, video, and content creation services.

  • Work closely with clients to discover, recommend, collect, report and manage project requirements.

  • Coordinate with the creative project manager to create basis of estimates (BoE), change orders, estimates to complete (ETC), and estimates at completion (EAC).

  • Track and communicate program and project status and conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams.

  • Manage client expectations and coordinate with the creative project manager to track budgets, scope of work, timing, schedules, and process and resolve budget issues.

  • Address challenges and manage issue resolution.

  • Lead the development of commercial proposal responses including writing content, collecting assets, and working with the pricing team to create budgets.

  • Continuously staying up to date on industry trends and developments.

  • Mentor account executives.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

  • A minimum of ten years of experience.

  • Deep understanding of the development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities.

  • Experience working with and presenting to executive-level clients.

  • Ability to plan, build, and manage a variety of concurrent initiatives.

  • Ability to interpret client needs into written proposals.

  • Understanding of the creative process.

  • Agency experience required.

  • Microsoft Office experience required.
