UCHealth HR Compliance Analyst in Colorado

Location: This hybrid position can be at any UCHealth location in Colorado.

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $27.61 - $41.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
Develops and oversees activities designed to promote regulatory compliance and continual survey readiness.
Responsibilities:
Serves in a support role for all areas of HR Compliance including Workers Comp, I-9 management, and Unemployment.
Responsible for all Metro Region employment file maintenance and file requests.
Serves as support and back-up for the HR Compliance Specialists and Lead.
Opportunities to learn all areas of HR Compliance, project development, and support data analysis efforts.
Compiles, analyzes, and reports data and metrics for HR Compliance matters, such as Employment law issues, Workers Compensation, I-9, and Integrity Hotline.
Develops processes, procedures, and files for regulatory audits, assists in meeting with surveyors, and performs comprehensive audits of HR processes to ensure up-to-date record keeping.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field, or foreign equivalent.
1 year of relevant experience.
