We accept challenging assignments and drive projects fromthe planning stages, through implementation, and into operations and support.ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but not limited to:As the Test Lead you will assist the BCS team with the oversight ofdevelopment and sustainment Contractor test campaigns, developing andmaintaining comprehensive test plans, and processing and reviewing test datafrom development and sustainment Contractor test campaigns.You shall have an understanding of SCN mission critical aspects of Governmentrisk management and DoD space programs and projects.You shall perform all functional duties, even of the lower laborcategories, perform as the test task lead and require no immediate training.You shall have appropriate certifications and easily transition betweenrequirements without the need for Government oversight.You shall have deep knowledge of Higher Headquarters, Air and Space Force,Space Command, processes and procedures as it relates to their functionalresponsibility and speak and write Air and Space Force and Space Acquisitionterminology appropriately.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance: Must have an active secret clearanceEducation: BA or BS in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, andEngineering Management.Years of Experience: Minimum twelve (12) years relevant experienceperforming test activities in the Government (military and/or civilservant), federally funded research and development center, or profit ornon-profit Government support or development Contractor arena.Experience shall include duties or assignments specifically in support of:space acquisition programs organizing, scoping, technically assessing,and proposing potential resolutions to maintain the technical program orproject baseline of an Acquisition Category III level (or equivalent)software and hardware program.Minimum eight (8) years of experience providing a test lead role for arelevant space sustainment effort.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the use of an electronicGovernment authorized information management system, collaboration portal,or integrated data environment (IDE).Additional Information:Duty location is in Colorado Springs, COOccasional travel within the CONUS#LI-JH1Company OverviewOdyssey Systems Consulting Group, is an innovative small business committedto providing world-class technical, management, and training supportservices to government and public sector clients.
