Qualifications:
Active CPA License 3-5 years of tax experience preparing business, trust, and individual returns. 3-5 years of strong accounting background Be able to work in a team environment Experience with UltaTax and SurePrep (desirable) Have a servant's heart
Job Responsibilities
Promoting Senior Tax Advisory Group culture and encouraging excellence and high team morale Developing and implementing goals, procedures and policies in coordination with management Identifying overall improvement gaps and assist with deploying corrective measures Assist the team transition into an advisory service Assist in management of the tax team and it processes Preparing individual, partnership, corporate and estate tax returns Managing IRS and state tax notices to resolution Willing to jump in and help, to get involved, to roll up your sleeves, and to do what needs to be done to make our team successful!
Salary depends on experience but ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 including tax season bonuses.
