About This Position
In this role, the individual will supervise a sales team and contribute to the identification of opportunities for incremental pipeline growth. This includes guiding the staff responsible for selling and supporting sales of the organization's products and/or client retention and account growth; typically, team members require close supervision, and the scope of their work is limited and non-complex. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the team's achievement of sales targets as well as manage the human and financial resources of the assigned team.
Responsibilities
Guides team to achieve assigned Sales and Retention objectives.
Implements protocols to guide Sales teams in integrating these focus areas into their sales and relationship management strategies.
Develops contacts with cross-business managers throughout the function.
Coordinates the completion of approved sales and relationship management activities and development of tactics.
Ensures team is providing a seamless sales and client experience and may assist in the coordination of levels of service across the business.
Serves as an escalation point for complex service issues or roadblocks, shepherds’ issues through to resolution.
Tracks and reports on sales strategy/relationship plan and results for the assigned team.
Reports on function metrics and dashboards.
Tracks and reports on sales strategy/relationship plan and results for the assigned teams.

Develops conversational skill set amongst team members through active and ongoing coaching and refinement of the Consultative Conversation for each associate.
Develops sales techniques to upskill team conversations as well as pipeline management process.
Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
Has accountability for the human resources activities within the team (hiring, discipline, firing).
May have financial/budgetary responsibility for the team.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
3+ years of total relevant work experience
Must obtain Series 7, 66, and 24 within 180 days of hire.
Must obtain CRPC Designation within 180 days of hire.
Preferred:
Valid Series 7, 66, and 24 upon hire.
CRPC designation upon hire.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.
Base salary ranges:
$83,000 - $125,500 for the location of: California, New York
$83,000 - $125,500 for the location of: Washington, D.C
$83,000 - $125,500 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and all other US locations
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus , which is determined upon company and individual performance.
